The staff were friendly and ready to assist with area information. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was provided because it was my anniversary. The hotel gave mineral water bottles to every guest daily. It was very convenient. The 24-hour stay rule is a definite plus, it allowed me to avoid spending unnecessary time at the airport.

I found such warmth here. the staff was friendly and quick to assist. i really enjoyed the clean, modern room, it had everything i needed and felt so cozy. i will certainly choose this hotel again. It left a beautiful impression with great design.

the breakfast could use a little improvement! though there were many choices, a few more hot options would elevate the experience, i feel. i sometimes found it difficult to find something i really wanted.

The location was excellent for our needs. I liked it enough to book a return visit. The staff were lovely and helpful. I appreciated the clean bed and the view from the 12th floor. We had the family room. It worked out nicely for us. I also liked the multiple electric outlets throughout the room.

I enjoyed my stay! The modern design of the hotel is excellent and well-planned. The reception staff, Phoung and Feliz, provided really good assistance, promptly addressing all my requests. I appreciated the convenient location and the availability of multiple electric outlets in strategic locations throughout the room.

The lobby area seemed small. It served multiple purposes like check-in, waiting, and breakfast which occasionally felt crowded.
